GT Homestead is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping. Once the carrier is in possesion of thepackage, all liability for delivery is transferred to the carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with UPS for issues related to shipping.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that GT Homestead cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines.

GT Homestead ships to addresses within the continental United States via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options—such as UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air—are available at checkout for an additional charge.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
