We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please read all product descriptions carefully and review photos before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us prior to checkout at (989) 922-4871 (10am - 5pm EST). At GT Homestead we strive for customer satisfaction, ensuring each product is packaged carfully prior to shipping.

However, if your item arrives damaged please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at gthomesteadinfo@gmail.com and provide the following:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue

 Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no addition charge.

If the item is out of stock at the time of your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
